ウエルニッケの領野では言葉の意味が解釈がなされ、これが損傷されると、聞いた言葉の意味が 理解できなくなる。ブローカの領野では言葉の表出が行われ、これが損傷されると、言葉の意味 がわかっても言葉として表現できなくなる。ウエルニッケの言語野の反対側には音楽野、および 身体図式と空間との位置関係に関する領域があり、後者の領域が損傷されると、自分の身体の空 間での位置がわからなくなる。

言語野のある側を優位脳、反対側を非優位脳と呼ぶ。総じて優位脳の働きは、言語的、分析的、 論理的であるのに対して、劣位脳の働きは、総合的、大局的、直感的である。
顔の形のような複雑なパターンの識別には非優位脳が優れており、直感的に識別するのに対して、 優位脳のほうは顔の特徴の分析に基づいて論理的に結論を下す。思考についても言語的思考と非 言語的思考、論理的思考と直感的思考方法がある。
認識は大脳皮質の頭頂、側頭葉、運動は前頭葉、情動は視床下部から大脳辺緑系、意識は脳幹か ら視床、記憶、学習は海馬から側頭葉が中心になっている。

温度のスタートアップ・テスト後に電導度の上下限設定値が正常値にリセットされることの検証

目的

“スタートアップ・テスト開始時に広げられテスト終了時に正常な設定値に戻される透析液電導度警告の検出値が正常な設定値に戻されない異常が発生した場合、装置が安全状態に移行する”ことを試験し、検証する。

試験方法

温度のスタートアップ・テストの終了により透析液電導度警告の検出値を正常に戻す動作をおこなわせないようにしたCPU1のspecial romを用いてCPU4により警告検出値段設定異常を検出させる。

（設計上の）予想される結果（expected result）

「E098 警告検出値設定異常」が検出される。

（スタートアップテストの開始により警告の検出値が広げられた状態が30分間継続したとき）

以下の安全状態に以降する。

血液ポンプが停止する。

CPU1により血液ポンプ基板のフォトカプラPC19の4番ピンが0Vから24Vになるため

CPU2により血液ポンプ基板のIC9の7番ピンが5Vから0Vになるため（血液ポンプモーター のSTART指令がOFFになるため）

静脈側血液回路が閉塞される。

CPU1によりマスタ基板のダイオードD28のカソード側が24Vから0VになるためCPU2によ りクランブ用トランジスタQ18のベース側が0.7Vから0Vになるため

Verification of the device that the upper/lower limit set values of electric conductivity are reset to normal set values after temperature stat-up test.

Purpose

The detected value of electric conductivity warning of dialysate liquid should be expanded at stat-up test and reset to normal set value after the test. This specifications are to examine and verify that "the device shifts to a safe condition if an abnormality occurs".

Methods

1.2.1 CPU4 detects the abnormality of warning defect value setting with the intentionally suspended special rom of CPU1, which should reset the detected value of electric conductivity warning of dialyzed liquid to abnormal set value after temperature start-up test.

Expected Results (as designed)

"E098 abnormality of the warning defect value setting" is detected (when the detected warning defect value expanded at start-up test is maintained for 30 minutes).

The device shifts to the following safe conditions.

Blood pump is stopped.

--- CPU1 changes the voltage of the pin 4 of photocoupler PC19 on blood pump PCB from 0V to 24V.

--- CPU2 changes the voltage of the pin 7 of IC9 on blood pump PCB from 5V to 0V (because starting command of the pump is turned off).

Venous clamp is closed.

--- CPU1 change the voltage of cathode of diode D28 on master PCB from 24V to 0V.

--- CPU2 changes the voltage of base of transister Q18 on master PCB turned 0.7V to 0V.
